 INGREDIENTS:

Fat pork belly………………………..700 gr.

Melted pork fat…………………………..4 tablespoons

Onion mix………………………………………….2 pcs. (large)

Black pepper………………………………………..5 mountains.

Allspice……………………………………4 mountains.

Bay leaf………………………………………2 pcs.

Beetroot kvass…………………………………..3 art.

White stale bun………………………..1 pcs.

Salt……………………………………………………….to taste

PREPARATION:

1. Chop the brisket into small pieces and fry in the melted
fat for 15 minutes.

2. Peel the onion and place it in a preheated refrigerator.

160-180 degree oven. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from heat.
