Job Summary:
Provide off-site non-personal services for day-to-day operations of the NSWCDD Emergency Management, with visits at NSWCDD Dahlgren, VA as needed, to accomplish task or attend meetings. The support needed is full time support needed during the COVID pandemic.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance by analyzing existing products and processes to streamline data reporting, data collection.
- Provide technical assistance to provide metric driven reports related to COVID data collection to include case number, reporting department, building and room correlations.
- Provide scheduling support for COVID-19 vaccinations for military, government and contractor assigned to and supporting NSWCDD based of documentation provided to the contractor in the form of personnel listings, priorities, and vaccine availability.
- Prepare presentations for briefings and posting to internal websites based on navy, DOD, CDC policies and input from metrics.
- Provide policy and SOP drafting support based on established higher policies provided by Navy, DOD, CDC and NSWCDD policies.
- Provide technical support of preparing daily and bi-weekly reports based on metric data collected and provided for posting and distribution.
- Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for this POAM work area and forward to the Government SME for review.
- Ensure final documents and reports are meeting Customer expectations based on contract requirements and expectations.
- Work closely with various functional organizations to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Support Weekly Coordination Meetings and COVID War Room Meetings as required.
- Supporting NSWC-DD remotely but within a reasonable commute to attend scheduled meetings.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data management or analysis.
- Ability to decipher and organize large amounts of data.
- An analytical mindset with superb communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex problems clearly and in nontechnical terms.
- Current U.S. Secret Security Clearance, interim or eligibility.
