US Remote $78,000 - $115,000 per year
Your job
This role will enable a culture of spend discipline for assigned categories via
employing efficient, effective and best-in-class strategic sourcing,
supplier management, negotiation and management practices and levers identified
technology implemented by the company. The categories awarded will have an expenditure of up to $10 million and will have
characteristics of a "leveraged" expenditure tranche.
Responsibilities:
Negotiate prices and commercial conditions with new suppliers and work
with legal, financial and stakeholder departments for rapid execution of
contracts
Responsible for drafting document templates such as NDA, Term
Letters, Amendments, TSLA and Ad/hoc documents depending on the volume
Develop category plans and implement category management
Strategies including supplier research and selection approaches,
ongoing evaluation and RFI/RFP/RFQ activity
Coaching & train internal actors in purchasing processes,
advises on contractual requirements, corporate policies and on
procurement procedures
Support day-to-day procurement functions such as new supplier
onboarding, contract renewal, procurement review and approval
purchase requisitions, process casual worker forms, etc.
Troubleshoot tactical sourcing issues/problems such as related queries
invoices, purchase orders, electronic forms, etc. in the relevant project portfolio
Who are you
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of procurement / supply chain experience.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt, prioritize and execute to
- achieve desired results
- Knowledge of purchasing, procurement and contracting principles, practices and trends
- negotiations.
- Experience in the procurement services category
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in a multinational global environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with SAP or any other ERP system. eSourcing and contract management
