We are expanding our team in the US and are looking for a National Account Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for managing multiple key customers and channels, using a strategic omnichannel approach, focused on profitable and sustainable growth. This dynamic role will focus on developing and nurturing business relationships, initiating and driving new product development, expanding product categories, and promotional planning and execution, while partnering internal cross-functional disciplines to serve our customers with excellence.

What you will do:

    Meet and exceed all KPIs for your customer and channel portfolio
    Maintain and grow existing accounts, focusing on both short and long term growth goals, developing partnerships and driving the Joseph Joseph brand message to market.
    Identify and generate new customer opportunities with an entrepreneurial spirit and approach
    Effectively manage all new product and category launches, contributing to both revenue and brand development in your portfolio

    Design and execute comprehensive and profitable account plans, JBPs and promotional activities, reviewing and refining them regularly with each key account
    Provide insights into competitor activity in the market, identify changes and emerging trends in customer and consumer buying habits
    Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support best-in-class operational initiatives, focusing on serving our customers with excellence while meeting or exceeding the company's financial and strategic business goals

    Complete all specified administration, including business plans, reports, proposals, presentations, evaluations, and price checks, while uncovering opportunities to improve internal processes and efficiency
    Contribute to the overall success of the organization, by engaging as a team player, sharing responsibilities, evolving as needed and identifying opportunities for professional growth, for the benefit of the organization, your customers and of yourself

What we need from you:

    Proven track record in managing and growing sales for a consumer products company, operating at the level of National Account Manager or equivalent
    Experience with 2 or more distribution channels, including but not limited to: Specialty (Williams Sonoma, Crate & Barrel, The Container Store, Sur La Table)
    Proven track record of business development, revenue growth and improved results across a portfolio of products
    Ability to develop and implement JBPs, client account plans and trade marketing activities while maintaining budgets and focusing on improving bottom line
    Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple internal disciplines, including a key contributor to S&OP, Marketing, and Customer Service
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels while providing a quality customer-focused approach
    Demonstrate excellent analytical, planning, problem solving, presentation and organizational skills
    Proactive, ambitious and results-oriented
    Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
    Ability to travel within the United States and attend trade shows as needed
    A degree in a business discipline is highly desirable
