We are seeking a skilled Salesforce and HubSpot Specialist for a one-year contract to support our Rev Ops. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and optimizing Salesforce and HubSpot data, with a focus on creating its list views, merging accounts, uploading prospects from marketing initiatives, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

        Create and manage list views in Salesforce and HubSpot.
        Merge and organize duplicate accounts/contacts to maintain data integrity.
        Upload and categorize contacts gathered from marketing initiatives.
        Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness across all sales and marketing databases.
        Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize CRM and marketing automation processes.
        Provide regular reports on data management activities and improvements.


Qualifications:

        Proven experience with Salesforce and HubSpot.
        Strong data management and analytical skills.
        Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
        Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
        Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
