We are looking for a Product Manager who will join us in creating a product portfolio answering the needs of our clients.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in developing software product specs, prioritizing product backlogs, and crafting roadmaps.
Expertise in supporting sales engagements through client discussions, meetings, demonstrations, workshops, and proposals.
Tech/engineering background: a solid understanding of technology, cloud development, and hands-on experience in leading delivery teams.
Strong organizational, analytical, strategic thinking, and collaborative skills.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (C1 level), with an engaging presentation style.
Deep and thorough understanding of the IT services industry; experience working in software house, technological consulting or similar.
Has great soft skills, is a people’s person and thrives when meeting others.
We also appreciate experience in creating customized offers for clients, as well as pre-sales experience, which is greatly appreciated.
Nice to have:
Industry-recognized qualifications or certifications relevant to Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager roles.
Responsibilities
Engage actively with prospects and clients to uncover their needs and key business requirements.
Employ various techniques to document and manage requirements, including user journey maps, use cases, user flows, story maps, roadmaps, backlogs, personas, etc.
Actively recruit participants for product research within the existing network of contacts.
Lead workshops, discovery calls, and pre-sales efforts both onsite and online to refine project scopes.
Collaborate with Delivery Team to define solution scope and determine project costs by conducting estimation sessions.
Craft and present winning proposals enriched with product-related recommendations and suggestions.
Run market research and use its findings to further develop the product portfolio.
Supervising the work of developers on the “Bench” (a few people).
Contribute to the production of responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other queries.
